Why are my Card Not Present transactions experiencing an error?
[The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Manual Card Entry freezes when card expiration month is January]
When entering card expiration month of 01, the field won't advance to expiry year no matter what keys are pushed. All other 11 months work fine. This is only a problem on iPad. The phone app and virtual terminal work just fine. This problem seems to have started with the new year. Using latest version on iPad. Help?!

Welcome to the Seller Community. Sorry to hear you've been dealing with this. It definitely sounds like it could be something linked to the iPad itself. When you have a chance please reply to this thread with the iOS version you are running. Also, do you have any iPad updates available in your settings that were recently released? If so, we highly recommend installing it.

Thanks for the reply, Alex. Resolved. Fixed by downloading latest update of Square app to iPad.
