Why am I being paid by my clients but my balance is not going up

I’m sending invoices and they are being paid by my clients however my balance is staying the same where is my money going? Does it take time to get approved before it’s available in my account?

Sorry you are having issues receiving your funds! 

If you linked your bank account then the funds would automatically transfer to the linked bank account. At most it can take 1-2 business days. 

Now if you have a manual transfer setup then you are in charge of transferring the funds to your bank account.
