What happened to the 'export' button on items sales report?!

HELP! This button is critical to my monthly sales reporting to artists! What happened to the button/is there a go around to get that report downloadable? If not I have to transfer my store to a different POS. I can't write checks off of the awful user interface that is the items sales report!

Oh my - we should be able to help with this, @Store1!

I just tested this, and I think I know what could be happening here. First, make sure that you are logging into your Square Dashboard using a Chrome web browser. Once you're viewing your Item Sales Report, you may see scroll bars appear on both the right-hand side of your computer screen and along the very bottom of your screen.

 

Using those scroll bars, scroll all the way to the right and to the top, and you should see that Export button in the top right-hand corner of your screen. If you aren't quite able to figure this out, our team can help if you reach out directly!

Im there but my export button is not highlighted. It shows red X when I scroll over it.

Hmm, what device are you using to export it? I am on my Mac laptop, and don't get a red X option...

On my phone it says there is an error. On my computer when I try to pull a report for more than a year that I cannot which I’ve never had a problem with. When I try to do a custom report The export button is grayed out so if I try to click on it the X appears to let me know I can’t.

That is strange, it's letting me pull custom reports....maybe call their hotline? Sounds like a bug in the system? Good luck!

Same problem here.  I no longer get the ability to custom set the date range, and I don't get the export button at all.
