Hello @NewMillenium — sorry to hear your phone battery died!
I recommend checking the status of this sale from Transaction Status report in your Square Dashboard! From there you'll see if this transaction was uncompleted or canceled.
If the transaction is uncompleted you'll see the option to complete the charge from this report. (You have 30 days from the initial transaction attempt to do this.)
If the transaction is canceled you'll see it in this report too — but you'd need to reach out to your customer to run the transaction again.
To check your Transaction Status report, head to the Sales section of your Square Dashboard and click Transaction Status from the list of reports.
