Weebly site won't publish, please help!

I've been trying to publish my portfolio site but every time I try the publishing loading screen loads for hours. I have tried on different browsers and days and cleared my cache. I really need help here!

Please understand that the volunteer Community members here are not the same as Tech or Customer Support.  There are scenarios whereas someone has to look at your account details and/or try troubleshooting from the server side.  Unfortunately this cannot be done here.  We can take a few guesses as there is quite a bit of experience here.  Since you did try some basic troubleshooting tests, no problem.  One thing you can try is accessing your account from a different network - for example, connect your computer to your smart phone's hotspot - now you are going through your phone service's network instead of your ISPs.  And trying another computer from a friends or family's location (assuming they are not using the same ISP you are of course).  Either way this will narrow down the possible root cause.  If you still encounter the same issue, then contacting Tech Support would be your next option.
