Weebly site owner: issues with notifications and stripe

My initial problem started with not receiving email notifications of orders.  Weebly's fix was to disable Stripe and then enable again.  Funny thing - Stripe won't enable.  They said they have to work on the "bug" but its been two weeks with no contact from them at all.  And now being forced to use Square payment processing.  As soon as I enabled square, Stripe completely disappeared as a payment processing choice.

 

Anyone else having these issues with your weebly ecommerce site?
