Weebly order filters not distinguishing between Ready and Complete state

We've recently added a pick-up option to our online store, and enabled the "mark order as ready" option in the fulfillment workflow. However, this seems to not play nice with the filters in the order view.

 

As of this moment, I have 5 orders with Complete status and 2 with Ready status. When I filter to display only "Ready" orders, I'm shown 7 results -- both the Ready and the Complete.

When I filter by "Complete," I get no results.

 

Has anyone else run into this issue?

Have you had a chance to reach out to our Support team about this yet? I haven't heard of this issue before, but it sounds like something they'd be able to look into. If you're still seeing what you've described here, give us a shout - our team can dig in with you to pinpoint the root cause here.
