Weeble online store integration with GoShippo - can't find prices

I've contacted weebly (SquareUp) support, but I rarely even hear back from them since the integration.

Despite seeing / providing the package weights in the online store, when purchasing shipping labels in batches through weebly, it can no longer synch with pricing from GoShippo. My only work-around is to go to GoShippo, buy the labels in batches, then MANUALLY mark them as shipped, one by one. It is insanely time-consuming.

The other problem is when the synch was working, weebly label purchasing had a brain fart when purchasing FLAT RATE options, and no longer allowed packages of different weights to be purchased in one batch, despite the fact they are under the maximum allowed by USPS.

Has anyone else had these problems and how did you solve them? At this point, I think I need to leave the platform altogether. I can't do this on my volume.
