Vendor missing on all Sold items in item history report

I am attempting to use the Item history report - when I look at the log, all sold items show up as having no vendor (though they definitely have a vendor in the system). Any idea what is going on here? I am attempting to use this to create orders but am unable to sort by vendor.

This certainly seems odd that vendors are not being displayed for sold items in your history report. Do you remember if these items had vendors when they were first received? I've also gotten in touch with our Retail team to see if they can offer advice on how to fix your report. I'll be back with an update soon 🙂

Thank you for your patience, @aboderoc! The Retail team have let me know this: 

 

Sold adjustments don’t have a vendor associated with them. Because you’re able to receive from multiple vendors, associating a single vendor with a sale doesn’t make sense.

 

So it looks like this report is working as intended. I understand your confusion and have passed this feedback onto the team as well.

Thank you for following up. Given that it splits out each item on the sale into a separate line, it would be really great to be able to have vendor associated. This would allow me to quickly look at which items are trending from a certain vendor.
