Use 4G but sometimes the magstripe doesnt work

I use 4G and at some locations the magstripe works well and At others it does not.  Maybe the data signal is too low? Nonetheless, how can I then get it to go in offline mode instead of always having to enter the card manually at these locations? 

(I have offline mode enabled).

Simply turning off WiFi will force you to go into Offline mode.  That may do the trick for you.
