Updating/New Custom Designed eGift Card Not Uploading

I set up a new e-Gift card account.  I was able to create a 'new design'.  I went back in later to try delete the images I made and upload a new design.  I used different image types (jpg, png), along with different sizes.  I read the suggestion from 2018 post to size it to 640 x 400.  Nothing is working.  When I upload the image, (different sizes and types) it will not allow to be 'saved'.  The 'NULL' icon comes up when you roll over save.  Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your eGift card design. You are using the correct measurements per our article here. Are you able to test this with a different image or on an incognito browser?

I am having this same problem- it won't let me upload a picture. Here is the info on the .png file, it seems to be the correct measurements? I tried also with a .jpg, but that also didn't work.
