Unprocessable Entity Error when updating logo

I'm trying to update our logo but keep getting "Unprocessable Entity". I can update the main image and I had a logo there, but I can only SAVE if I delete the logo now. I've tried different sizes (200x200, 202x202, 400x400), color and grayscale, jpg, png, gif. Is there a special trick or is the dashboard just broken?

Hi there.

 

You’ll want to make sure your logo meets the following specs:

* A PNG, GIF, or JPG file
* Square in dimension – between 280 × 280 pixels and 1000 × 1000 pixels

 

If you can’t see your images after clicking save and refreshing your browser, I recommend trying a different Internet browser, such as Google Chrome. If that trick doesn’t work, write in to our Support Team with the images and they can try and walk through it with you!

Sorry for the delay, I didn't get a notice that this was answered.

 

You said 280 x 280 but the edit page says:

 

Business Logo: Choose an image to represent your business. This image should be at least 200 x 200 pixels.

 

Anyway, I just installed Chrome since I found I can't complete shipped orders with other browsers (mark that as a bug!).  I tried a 400 x 400 JPG and it displays it in that box but SAVE still gives that error.
