Unable to update Stock Recount

At the dashboard I click the Online icon. Then I click the Items and Site Items. Then I click on my first item to update inventory. I scroll down to stock and click the Update link. The Track Stock is blue and I select Inventory Recount. I type the number and hit the Update stock button. The page refreshes. I scroll back down to stock and it isn't updated.

This sounds like it could possibly be a cache or cookie error. Can you confirm which browser you are using? You can verify the version by clicking on this link

 

Can you also try using a different browser in private or incognito mode, and let us know if you can duplicate the same error?
