Unable to connect Weebly to Facebook Ad pixel

Hi,

I just recently started using Square online store and when I get to the facebook business manager integration, I select my business page and then I receive an error saying "Ad account not allowed to create pixels."

I've been able to add the pixel code manually to the Weebly site from the facebook business page but I'm not seeing any products or capabilities of adding products now that the code is there. Weebly also doesn't seem to recognize that the code is there.

Hi @Bro,

I reached out to our Weebly team and they said there should be a request a review from Facebook.

This is unfortunately something that's on Facebook's end because normally you could just install a pixel but Facebook is blocking it.

I found a way to manually add the pixel onto the Weebly page, but nothing is happening on the Weebly end even though the code has been embeded. 

I've reached out to facebook support too and am waiting to hear back from them on the other issue.

Is there nothing that can be done through Weebly?? Like I said, I manually added the pixels but Weebly doesn't seem to recognize them as linking the account to Instagram. Why wouldn't the pixel code change anything through Weebly?

@Bro Sorry but they confirmed this is 100% on Facebook's end. 

There's nothing they can do from their end.

Any advice on best way to get facebook to respond?  Cannot proceed with the 3 steps, (facebook business extension) due to this ad account error message.  Sent 2 messages 2 different ways, and haven't heard back from fb.  Not sure what else to do.
