I have used the Customer's account and Virtual Terminal to charge Gift Cards before, so I think I'm not crazy? I'm trying to charge a customer's gift card that has been used before in the same way, but their eGift Card is not showing up as an option anymore.
I did make sure all accounts are merged, email and phone matches up.

Did you confirm the eGift card has a balance on it? Are you able to see the card on the dashboard under Gift cards?

Yes, I'm able to see the card under Gift Cards. There is a $600 balance on it.

Sorry it took so long to reply. If you didn't figure it out yet, you could try to run the payment on your phone or tablet on the square pos and use the egift card that way. Or you could create an invoice for the payment and apply it that way I think. If you had to you could just input the card number manually.
We don't use gift cards very often and I haven't run into this issue. Make sure your browser is up-to-date. I don't think that would affect it, but it might.
