Troubles linking debit card for Instant Deposit

I have been trying to link my debit card for instant payments and I keep getting to error message that my zip code is wrong.

You'll want to double check the card information with your bank to make sure you have the right zip code. 

 

If the zip code is correct, it's possible that the card you're attempting to link isn't supported for instant deposit - are you receiving any message other than the zip code error?

No, the zip code I am entering is exactly as it appears on my bank statement where the funds are normally deposited.

Yes, I am having the exact same problem. I am unable to link my debit card due to not acceptingmy zip code. Please advise a solution.

Hi @getfit, I'm sorry for the frustration not being able to link your debit card for instant deposit. If you've already contacted your bank and they've verified the ZIP code for that card go ahead and call our CS team so we can take a closer look.
