Trouble With Pick Up Times

I have certain pick up window times for my bakery/specialty grocery store. Why oh why is it allowing customers to choose days & times that ARE NOT  in the chosen pick up windows I selected?? For instance I am not open in Thur & nowhere does it say in my setting I am.  It allowed them to pick 12AM.  Now I have to refund the order and also please explain to me when it automatically completes their order & before I mark in progress or ready if i cancel it I still get charged fees.

Hi @droidbaker. Thanks for bringing this to light.

 

The first thing I want to make sure of is that you don't have multiple locations. Do you? If so, you'll want to adjust your pickup times and hours for each location.

 

But please let me know if you're just seeing this happening with one location. If that's the case, I'll have a Weebly specialist jump in and take a look.

No only one location. One POS with one online store.  This has now happened twice.  My customers also dont want to be charged until I accept their order.  Also if I have to cancel it I "eat" the fees which are already killing is.  The one instance it let them choose 12AM which was never in the realm of possibility. When I emailed the customer she said she just assumed I meant 12pm.  But this was also a day that there was not pick up options anyway.

Thanks for the context @droidbaker. Definitely helps. I ran this by our Weebly specialist and they said it sounds bugged (either on our end or on your site.) The best thing to do would be to contact the Weebly Support team so they can jump into your account and see what's going on.

 

Sorry for the trouble this is causing you. Hopefully they can get you back on track ASAP.
