Trouble Printing Packing Slips

In my online store, when I click on the button to print a packing slip, a blank window opens up instead of a packing slip. I've tried on two different computers and with two different browsers, but I get the same result. Is anyone else having this issue, or have any idea how to fix it?

I am having the same problem. I have used two different browsers and made sure my pop-up exceptions were in place. The window comes up, but it is blank. I tried on several sales and got the same.

At one point, I did get one slip to print, however it was way oversize for the page and cutoff all the writing around the edges.

I find the problem fixed now. And, good news, the pop-up window now goes straight to the printer dialog box instead of to an online pdf.
