Tried running payroll and nothing happens

Tried to run payroll as normal having been promoted to do so by square and all I am getting is a spinning green icon and no payroll processing 

I need to run payroll tonight anybody got an answer please

Hi there, @Stewart123 - thanks for reaching out to us here on the Seller Community. So sorry for the trouble you are experiencing running Payroll! Frustrating, to say the least.

 

We're not able to view account specifics here from the Community, so I'm not able to jump in and take a deeper look at the issue. Have you tried flagging this over to our Support Team? They can take a deep dive with you on this to insure it gets resolved quickly and efficiently.

 

It may also be worth it to try these Dashboard Troubleshooting steps! - it sounds like this may be a software issue related to the Dashboard directly.

 

Either way, we hope this gets fixed quickly for you! We will keep an eye out for your contact.
