Ecommerce orders not showing correct

Orders from the weebly site i set up are only showing up in transactions, not in the orders tab on the POS. How can I fix this?

Hey @ReannaLynne,

 

Can you clarify where you mean by order tab on the POS or where you're looking on POS?

 

The Orders tab should be on the Online Store section of your Dashboard or if you have Weebly's app from the Orders there is why I ask.

I am referring to on the square point of sale app. When we get a new order from the web store, shouldn't it show up on the orders tab on the point of sale terminal?

Can you screenshot for me where you see the Orders section on the POS app?

 

Also can you tell me which hardware of ours you have? Is it a Terminal or Register or just an iPad/phone running the app?

I can later today. I don't have it with me right now. 

 

We are using the terminal with the built in card reader/ipad.
