Transfer pending

I can’t get hold of square. They are holding funds saying my account is suspended. How on earth to I get them to reply. I’ve tried emailing and messaging to no avail. 
it’s a school fundraising and they want their money

Hi there! 
I am having the same issue with suspended transfer, and I have been trying to get answers over the phone but it’s only automated system that I can’t reach to an agent.

how long it took them before they released your funds?

While we're not able to take a closer look into your account, I'd be happy to provide some clarity here! 

 

If there is a hold on your transfers, the information about the number of days the hold is valid for will be in the email our team sent you. Alternatively, you can issue a refund and ask your customer to pay via another method outside Square.
