TikTok for Business: "Your account is ineligible for TikTok Shopping"

I set up my TikTok for Business, BUT an error message stating "Your account is ineligible for TikTok Shopping. Learn more about TikTok Shopping criteria here." shows up. See image below.

The "here" link provides Guidelines for TikTok Shopping Partner Integration. They are as follows:

 

 

  1. Have an online store based in the United States or United Kingdom.
  2. Have a paid subscription through an eligible partner.
  3. Have demonstrated trustworthiness to eligible partners.

 

I meet # 1; how do I meet # 2 and #3?

 

For # 2, do I have to upgrade to a paid Square Online account? Does TikTok for Business not integrate with a free Square Online account?

 

For #3, how do I demonstrate "trustworthiness to eligible partners"?

 

For context, I just published my site/opened my online store, and I have never sold anything.

HI, you can try to contact Customer Support with this link.  Monday to Friday, 6:00am-6:00pm PST.

You will get a few options to contact, click Call Us, a new browser window will open with phone number and customer code.

 

You must be logged into your account and is best on a laptop or desktop.  Phone app sometimes displays unavailable at times.
