I continue to get this message when I try to add to cart on my website. Here are all of the things I have done:

1) Cleared the cache

2) Made sure items were not hidden

3) Used different browsers

4) Checked to make sure the items are synced correctly

5) Checked my POS system

6) Restarted my computer

7) Everything but buy a new computer

 

I need help. I do not need blanket answers. I am losing money and credibility as a business owner.

Hello @Believe3 !

 

The only thing that I can think of that you haven't tried is to verify the fulfillment types on all your items versus what the site is expecting.

 

Start here:

Dashboard -> Account & Settings -> Business Information -> Fulfillment

For your site, only have the fulfillment types you offer. Make sure they're all configured correctly.

 

Then,

Dashboard -> Online -> Settings (or Shared Settings) -> Fulfillment.

These settings should match the first part, but verify all is well here.

 

Then,

Check each item to make sure they match your fulfillment types. If you have an item that says it's shipping eligible and you don't offer shipping (as an example), I've seen sites do some pretty weird things. You can batch fulfillment types at

Dashboard -> Online -> Items -> Site Items

use the check boxes to select your online items then hit the Edit button in the top right and choose Set Fulfillment.

 

If that's not helping, please give us your website address. While we can't dig into the back end on a public forum, we may be able to spot where the error lies.

Okay thank you so much! I figured it out. I had to change the type from "physical" to "other"
