Our new terminal is not charging...can't get hold of a person...anyone have any issues like this? I have power to the outlet; I'm assuming the transformer isn't working?

Hello @KevinK1, sorry to hear your Terminal isn't charging. How long did you keep the Terminal plugged in to the power outlet? Can you try a different outlet? The Terminal can take up to 5 hours to be fully charged so you might need to leave it for a bit if it's completely drained. You should see a battery symbol in the top right of the screen.
I've also asked our CS team to send you an email with your customer code so you can give us a call if it's still not charging — you can also reply to that email if you need to share mroe details about this to the team. I want to help you get back up and running as soon as possible!
