Technical Issues with Submitting & Displaying Customer Reviews

Hi there! Our customers are having issues submitting their reviews. Also, for many months we haven't received any reviews, and, speaking with customers, it appeared that the email requesting for reviews never went out. Anyone with issues with Customer Reviews?

I’ve been having the same issue with my customers unable to leave a review since I started my site. They just end up at my homepage that only shows the color of the header and footer. 
What do I need to do to my site in order for them to be able to leave me a review?

It feels like I’m begging them now to keep trying and I shouldn’t have to do this. 
Help please!

Hey @OZPremiumHemp! Are your customers receiving the same error message when they try to leave a review? 

 

If so, I can add your account details to the ticket I filed with the Engineering Team so they'll know you are also impacted by this issue. I'll make sure it gets looked at right away tomorrow morning. Thank you all for your patience.

Hi Isabelle. 
Yes, they are able to click the receipt link and it takes them to an empty page. I’ll attach a picture of what they are all seeing. 
I do have the review page enabled as well.

@isabelle We have been experiencing issues with the Reviews feature for many months now. From not sending emails to customers to review their purchased items to not being able to review them. I thought I was the only one. So kind of happy to see that this is a more common bug than I thought as this might be solved quicker than if it was just me.

I am having the same issue! It's also difficult to identify because when I send a tester email, I am unable to click "write a review" to see what my customers see, which would be helpful moving forward

I filed a ticket with our Engineering Team yesterday evening. They are actively investigating this issue and I should be back with an update shortly. Please comment on this thread if you are also impacted by this issue so that our Engineering Team can take a look at the trends in which accounts are being affected.

We are having a similar issue where the customer clicks on the review email sent to them and the link is bad and they can't leave a review.

My site is also having issues with reviews. The emails are going out but the link to the review page will not load.
