Hello
I have connected a STAR TSP143 to the Square Register successfully, but after one transaction the error light is flashing on the printer and not sure why?
Not completely live yet but have performed a test cash transaction. Till opens correctly but flashing error light after completed

Hey @andywhy, thanks for flagging this to us! Sorry to hear about your printer, this definitely doesn't seem right.
Have you tried troubleshooting your printer? We have some printer troubleshooting steps available on our support centre. These have been known to resolve issues that may arise with your printer.
If you have no luck with the troubleshooting steps, I would recommend getting in contact with Star Micronics themselves, they would be able to have a further look into the issue for you.
