Support non-existent

We had an issue logging into an account. We called the tech-support line and it has a recorded message and then hangs up on you (It sends you to text-bases support).  When I replied to the text support system, I get a network error. This is gone on for three days. Zero support.

It's been a week and no comments from "the community" or from Square Support.  Nothing. 

I did get a call from them and they had marked the account email as "undeliverable" which they could not explain.  They fixed that and now we get the emails and were able to log in.  Pretty lame overall.
