Square payroll problem with CA EDD

Quite frustrating experience with Square payroll so far.

We started using square payroll in Q1 2019. In June 2019, we got a letter from CA EDD saying that we haven't reported or paid any employment tax yet. We've already provided the CA employment tax account number to square. Yesterday, when I checked the EDD website again, it says received payments for DSI but not ETT or UI, and we need to pay outstanding balance plus penalty and interest. These amounts have already withheld by Square monthly and should be handled correctly. 

Square, please contact me with plan to resolve my issue. Urgent urgent urgent!!
