Square is asking me to create my account again?

I am trying to log in, but Square is asking me to set up my account again.. no idea what’s going on .... any ideas?

how is "Square is asking me to set up my account again?  like you go to log in and you do log in but nothing is there, or you go to log in and it is on a create a Square account page?
