Since the last update square appointments will not load on our newest iPad. Fortunately we have a older iPad that for some reason it will still load. I have restarted, re signed in, re installed the app, and still am have no luck. I don’t have time for our point of sale and appointments app not to be working.

If you've exhausted all that troubleshooting, it'd be best to reach out to our CS team and speak with an Appointments specialist.
They can look at your account with you to see your setup and do more troubleshooting with you.
