Square and QBO Integration issues

Hello, I am running into issues with the QBO integration. Is there a way for the 3rd party sales reports be sent to QBO by the source? Currently the integrations sends the 3rd party and cash sales as "other" payments which messes up my QBO sales.

I wanted to try to get the 3rd party sales to be sent to QBO as whichever 3rd party was sold. AKA Uber, GH, DD separately to a AR account so I can then match my 3rd party bank deposits to each transaction.

Thanks

Welcome to the Square Forum.   Since I do not see an answer to your post let me inform you that I ran into this issue when I used Square to process Credit Cards for my website.  My website would just send "Other" for the total amount charged and not each item in the sale.  The only way I found to fix this was to export my Online sales as a csv file and then upload them into my Quickbooks Desktop account.  You may need to find integrations from Uber, GH,DD etc that can be imported right to QBO.   They just send the Total to the Credit card processor, ie Square, to see if the Credit Card Valid and has enough to pay the total bill.  Since my integration to QuickBooks Desktop is through CSV files and not tied to any company through an integration I can use it with ALL my sales channels that support exporting in CSV files for 1 fee instead a fee for each sales channel to connect.  So your problem is not the Square to QBO, but your other sales channels connecting to QBO.   Square is reporting that a Sale came in from Uber... etc for this Dollar amount, but Uber never tells Square what they are buying.
