Square POS register problems

I have two issues with square POS register. 


(1) sometime customer facing screen shows in Chinese language, but main screen is still  in English. Need to restart in order make it work.  It happened three time in last 15 days.  Is there any fix or work around for this problem ? 
 
(2) square register employee facing screen freezes for a while in the morning when we open the store. 
Employee facing screen shows all item list, but when we press any item, it does not show up in “current sale”. Means, it does not do anything. After a while, may be after 30 mins it starts working. Is it because some lags in communication with customer facing screen ? Or customer screen does not wake up ?  Any fix/workaround ? It happens frequently. 
 
Our setup is for auto update, means software is upto date. 
 
Any help to resolve this issue appreciated.
