Speaking to a supervisor?

Ive been asking over and over again but no response. Has anyone actually been able to speak with a supervisor when there is an emergency?

Hi @AtleastTwo.  To my knowledge, there is no supervisory staff to which you can be referred to.  If a problem turns out to be a bug or other software problem then front-line support staff can open a trouble ticket which has the effect of passing it up the food chain.  Otherwise, in my experience, Square support staff can consult with others above them to assist them in trying to resolve a customer issue, but there is not a mechanism to pass your issue up the chain to someone else.

 

Having said that…….

 

Quite often, we fellow sellers here in the community have the collective knowledge and experience to help out other sellers resolve their issues.  So, if you want to be a little more specific about your problem, it’s worth a shot.  We’re pretty good here!  I’ve been with Square over a decade, and active here in the Community for over 6 years.

thanks for the response. you would think they would express that to me instead of just blatantly ignoring my cries for help. i don't believe i can be more specific on my issues as they are private relating to my business. but bottom line is whoever i am emailing is redundantly repeating nonhelpful facts. i asked to speak with a supervisor so i can resolve the issue promptly as it has taken over a month to get to my current standstill with square. instead of contacting me i am getting ignored, with the exception of my last message which was a copy and paste of my last two responses. worst customer service experience from square in my 2 year with them.
