Shipping and tax not charged

Hello! I use square to check out. at vendor events. I have sold two shipping orders. Neither of them were charged shipping or tax fees. When I ring up as a customer I see the charges on my end. How do I fix this.

Nevermind! I think I fixed it by going to payment link and updating.
