online item editing

Square can't seem to leave well-enough alone. When editing online items, you used to be able to do that from the online screen. Now this is done at the primary dashboard. Problem: changes I make to items on the dashboard do not reflect with my online store items. I need to make some items unavailable and when I do so at the dashboard, these items still appear as available in the online store. So frustrating and needlessly time-consuming. What step/s am I missing here?? TIA

I'm having the same problem. I believe Square is aware of the issue. However, there is no timeline at this time of when it will be resolved. 

 

If you'd like to expedite the process, you may consider calling Customer Support. They can reindex your online store to try to get the products to populate on the site.

Hi @TTKLisa, TCSlaguna is right about contacting support. They might be able to manually update your store. Did you try clearing your browser cache before checking if the changes reflected? There are many helpful resources online, like YouTube tutorials, that can guide you through the process. Just search for 'how to use coffee maker' to find the best ones.

Hi, so it seems I am one of the many lol.  I tried the logout and refresh between the updates to my items, and I have even gone through and finished my entire website except for that part.  I am just waiting to import my items before I can publish.  I'll keep watching here to see if there are any updates until I hear back from support.
