I have been using self serve ordering for over a year and all has been fine until last week. All of my categories are timed. For example, we close at 11pm, so items are not available after 10.15pm. However, last week I noticed customers can order any of my items at any time of day. It used to come up with the messages "available later" if they were ordering after 10.15pm. What has changed and how can it be rectified?

Hi @Thj, thank you for flagging this! This does sound like a potential bug actually. I'd like to take a further look into this and escalate it to our engineering team as well.
Is this happening to all categories or is it limited to specific categories/items? If possible, can you share an updated QR code with me? That way, I can test it out.

Wow, when was this feature added?! This was something I inquired about months ago, regarding limiting self serve orders to a particular time. Looks like it could be very useful.
