I have created some barcodes for some of my products that do not have their own and everything has worked great up until this morning (2 months) when all of a sudden the barcode scanner is only reading 5 digits out of the 13 digit barcode number. Therefore I am unable to scan any of these items using the scanner. All other items that have their own barcodes work......Any ideas?

I am having the same issue. I am able to scan the same barcode created in Avery's website, however not able to scan the one created via square print labels. Looking closer at the square generated barcode the lines appear to be wavy and the Avery generated barcode are smooth. I believe this is the problem not allowing the barcode scanner to read the barcode printed via square create labels. Any assistance with correcting this? I am using the Avery 5167 label type to generate these barcodes via square.

Hey @Executive_Cigar,
It doesn't appear that's one of our supported printers for barcodes.
It looks like this is our supported printer here. If it's another printer, we wouldn't be able to advise.
