Seeking help with Printful app in store

I have items in my website store https://www.centralcoastsnakeservices.com/shop.html, see apparel) from Printful. Printful says there is a problem all of a sudden with my Weebly account. Their IT team says "Weebly refused to authorize API access. Make sure your account doesn't have any issues!" and ""message": "Unknown api key provided." The store seems to be working but Printful insists there is a problem. I am waiting on customer service support from Weebly but they say their response time is 1-3 business days (!!!). Thanks in advance if anyone can help.
