I have a Samsung Galaxy 8 a and my contact less reader keeps connecting disconnecting connecting disconnecting and then finally stops is it possible to fix this problem? I have to use my old plugin, can this problem be fixed or do I need to switch companies

Hello @Yummy1, I am sorry your reader keeps disconnecting. I understand how frustrating that would be while trying to operate business. To confirm you are using the Contactless Chip Reader? What app and app version is it on? This is happening on Samsung Galaxy 8 A correct? If you have any video of the issue that would be helpful. Or if you get any error message please screenshot that.
