SMOOTH TRANSITION- NOT
I have been creating my websites with weebly for many years now and as a vendor I have an active square account. When weebly and square decided to merge at the WORST time to do this. I spent endless hours in a never ending cycle where I wasnt able to access my weebly websites for important updates or use the square promoted new "check out' links. Endless hours on the customer service fail of the case number to call square to call weebkly to tell me something that would change in the following weeks just to start all over again. And I guess I am writing this here because getting the case# and spending another hour and a half (at least) on the phone is just not working anymore. I need solutions and real help that phone customer service mission call cannot help. Weebly and Square get it together!! we cannot afford to loose more time or business with your new creations and need a little better support to navigate this crazy online times. I Need to access my weebly account easier PLEASE!
