Hi, a little problem that happened a month ago or so, got fixed by square engineering folks (or so I assume), and is now happeneing again.
When I look for reports through the mobile app or dashboard, reports show zero sales. At the place of business, I am able to generate these reports via the Square POS. This same thing happened about a month ago. I called support and they basically kicked it over to engineering which took a few days to fix it, but eventually I began receiving daily sales and cash drawer reports in my inbox again.
Anyone have any suggestions or help or experience with this.
