None of my customers have received their stars for 3 days now. How do I correct this? Also the cash back (change amount) isn't showing up after a sale is closed. I've rebooted my device, made sure it was updated, even uninstalled and reinstalled. HELP!!! I have a couple of upset people wanting their stars!!! Thanks so much for any and all the help!
