Receipt Location Does Not Match Sales Location
We have an online checkout link for adopters to use to reserve a pet adopted from our shelter. The link is set up under our adoption center location, however when the adopter receives the electronic receipt, it has the name of our thrift shop location on it. So, of course, people are questioning why they are adopting a pet from a thrift shop.
Adopter receives receipt from Purrfect Treasures Thrift Shop
When we log in to Square and look at the receipt, it shows TNR A Better Chance
Shouldn't the receipt for a single transaction match?

Hey there,@KittenDivision - have you checked Dashboard > Account & Settings > Receipt to double check if the biz information is correct?

Yes, I have checked the setup for receipts. The shelter receipt indicates shelter, the thrift shop receipt indicates thrift shop.
When using the online link to pay an adoption fee, the link indicates the shelter, when the adopter receives the receipt it reads that they paid the thrift shop, when I look at the receipt in the dashboard, it reads the shelter. Several have sent us screen shots of their receipt, and it clearly says thrift shop.

Online Checkout does not let you designate a location. So apparently it is putting the online checkout in the thrift store location instead of the animal shelter location.
