QR Codes on shipping labels is it possible?

Wouldn't it be great if there was a way to have a QR code printed on your shipping labels?  Maybe there is a way but I just haven 't seen or figured it out yet.  Why would I like to insert a QR code into my shipping labels?   The way I see it is since my packages goes through so many hands on the way to the customer maybe one or two people might be curious as to what Americasprice is about and having the QR code on the shipping label all they would have to do is scan it and it would lead them right into my website.  Is it possible?

That is a great idea, if you have a dymo printer you could always print your QR code on a separate sticker. I just don't know if the US Postal service would kick it back, they always say remove all other labels and stickers from boxes.

Even it i put a sticker with a QR Code on the side of the box?   Do you think that would allow that?  I'm going to have to ask them when I stop by the post office.   Thank you for taking your valuable time to reply

The putting a QR code on the actual shipping label may not be possible depending on who you use (USPS,UPS or FedEX) since they all have different barcodes or other 2D codes that need to be scanned and are scanned by machines not ppl.  I would try a sticker with your 2D QR code to see what happens.

I never thought about that.  You are right, USPS would probably not allow a QR code on the label itself but putting a QR code sticker on the side of the box is a great idea.   Thank you for taking your valuable time to answer me.

When I stopped by to drop off today's shipments, I asked the USPS employees if I was allowed to put a QR Code sticker on my packages.  The answer was, yes.  As long as the QR Code is not on the shipping label itself, having a QR Code sticker on the package itself or shipping box shouldn't be a problem.   That is just great.   Now, to start generating QR Code sticker.   This is great.   Thank you everyone who helped me out.
