We have integrated Square payments with our form. It worked at first and processed a couple of orders just fine. When we check the connection to Square, it says it is connected to our Square account. However, today, when someone tries to order, they get this message:

It sounds like a setup issue. This means a field can't have more than 60 characters in it. Does it say what field it is referring to? I would try to find out what they entered into each field to see if you can figure it out. This would be more of a Jot setup issue I would think.
I also suspect a jotform issue, and it doesn't say what field. It's the automatic payment fields that jotform inserts when you select square as the payment option. Jotform is being extremely unhelpful.
