The app on my iPhone is not working. Every time I try and setup a new appointment the app crashes. Please help me resolve this issue.

The best place to report a possible bug is through the customer support team. When you reach out to a rep directly, the rep will be able to access your account one on one with you to confirm if the issue is a true glitch or bug. If so, they will escalate to the advanced support team so that the ticket can be triaged with the engineers.
You are also more than welcome to post the issue here. We can at least confirm if it is a glitch for you. 😊
