Printer issues

We seem to be having several printer connection problems today and recently.

Sticky printer isn't printing out all orders and we have had a few disappear recently from the printer settings as well. Has there been any updates recently or any issues that anyone else is experiencing?

We are experiencing the same issue. It's only printing out the first ticket to the sticky printer and won't print the rest.

When I do a factory reset it works for the rest of the day until it updates again overnight.

I have already reached out to support and they said it seemed like something to do with the software update and I am waiting to hear back from the advanced support team.

Are the same issues still occurring today? To clarify, are you all referring to the Star TSP654IISK sticky label printer?

Yes, we  are still having issues. We are using the Star TSP654IISK sticky label printer purchased through Square. It's not an issue with the printers themselves but with the most recent update, the issue completely resolves itself when you do a factory reset, and reoccurs when the registers update. We have been unplugging the registers every night to avoid the update so I don't have to do the full factory reset and set up the printer stations within square every day. I did check today and the update still causes this issue.

Basically the first ticket prints out, but all the other tickets in the queue get deleted. It's not an issue that can be resolved through the printers and the only thing that fixes it is to do a factory reset to a previous version of the register.

The advanced support team contacted me and asked for a video of the issue, which I provided, but then the whole Square down across the country issue happened and I have still yet to hear back from them.

Is there an ETA on this issue being resolved?
