Printer Troubleshooting - Printing multiple copies

We are having issues with the print feature.  Everytime we take an order over $40.00 the system prints multiple copies, as in it continues to re print until we shut down everything and re start.  Very inconvienient.

We are having the same issues and can't seem to get any response from others or from Square. Our printer does not like long tickets.
