Prepayment with Additional Pricing

I'm having an issue on Square Appointments with the prepayment option. My clients prepay and want to add on a service, I am not allowed to checkout the service with the new charges without them having to pay the full price for the service again. How do I go about handling this?

Thank you for being patient.

 

I have confirmed with my team that we currently do not have the ability to edit the "cart" for prepaid appointments. You would have to continue as you have and process a separate transaction for any additional services or products added. 

 

We definitely see how it could benefit your business model. Our teams are constantly looking through our seller's feedback to make necessary improvements, and we will be sure to let you know if anything ever changes or if new updates are released.
