I used to be able to schedule payments splitting into 50% due now and 50% due at a date of my picking.
Now when I access the the PAYMENT SCHEDULE the page allows me to assign 50% with default due today, but then freezes with the following issues:
the Balance date link doesn't work - can't change the date from the default of 30 days.
the milestone button doesn't activate - freezes the page with the spinning wheel of death
if you return to the invoice to try again the option to do a payment schedule is gone
This was a great selling point for our business, and with many businesses ramping up soon with Covid-19 restrictions being eased this issue needs to be fixed.
Thanks
Trish

Yikes. That shouldn't be happening. Have you tested other browsers like Google Chrome?

Update. @JustinC
On Safari it doesn't work - either links don't activate anything or the whole page freezes.
On Chrome it works fine and operates as expected.
As we are more Safari end users it would be great to just have it work. This occurred ever since the scheduling payments became its own page. Wasn't an issue with it was a simple pop-up within the invoice.

@WonderTent - Oh good! glad it worked on Chrome 🙂
You can try running through these browser troubleshooting steps for Safari in hopes that one of them works, but Google Chrome is the best route to take when surfing our sites, as it's the most compatible.

@JustinC thanks.
it’s just weird that it all worked perfectly on Safari until it became it owns page/process.
hopefully the bug gets sorted soon
